I hired SCES to insulate a small apartment in June of 2017. Jeff Foxworthy sold me a hybrid solution comprised of a spray foam base followed by a layer of blown in insulation. Despite my concerns about the blown insulation settling in the walls and leaving gaps, Jeff assured me that I had nothing to worry about so we moved ahead with the project. As I was afraid of, the insulation settled leaving large gaps in my walls. I took photos and Jeff assured me that they would come and fix the issues after the drywall was installed. After the drywall was finished I tried to get Jeff to come back out and finish the job that he promised to do. I sent photos, emails and even called his office but they have decided to ignore all of my communications and NOT finish the job he promised. I have all of my emails to and from him promising to finish the job and will be taking them all to small claims court if this issue isn't remedied soon. Sun Country Energy Solution came to my house and I was very happy with their work. Jeff inspected my home, told me what I had in my attic, the whole process of adding more insulation and the benefits. I chose to add an R49 and was glad I did. My utility went down by about $45 bucks a month which is great but the best part is my home is so much more comfortable! The guys that did the work I hardly knew they were here and them they cleaned everything up when they were done! Sun Country was very affordable and the work was done well.
