He works with other group of people and acts as a general contractor but with little control of his contractors. I am still waiting for him to come back to do part of the work let from last job which was more than a year ago. Marcello does adequate work! His work is acceptable, however, one needs to close monitor for his work to get what one wanted.

VH completely remodeled my house including building a major addition. They gutted or demolished the old house and then rebuilt the house. I vetted several contractors and VH won the business because they delivered on promised call backs and other follow through items. They also demonstrated the level of responsibility and professionalism I was seeking. Their references were solid and cost was fair. We worked with VH on design ideas, I share there feedback with my architect. They also presented a detailed contract and were easy work with for my bank. After selecting them, VH go to right to work. On everything, from the vetting/selection process, start of work, change orders (making changes to scope of work, like adding new door, changing configuration of closet, etc.), easy to work with on selection of finishes (basically her let us do whatever we wanted (of course he share his opinion, but ultimately was supportive of our decisions). He kept me informed on what was happening and was very responsive to any question. He had very good influence of an sub-contractor he worked with and approached any of that work as his own.
