About Select Renovations
Owner/Operator, Todd Martin offers 20+ years of experience in multiple areas of the home improvement industry, with emphasis on roofing. He began his career working with his father, Bill Martin of William R. Martin & Sons, Inc., when he was a young teen. They've built condo complexes and residential homes in the Fraser, MI area since 1987. In 1996 Todd was the Site Superintendent of Pine Ridge Villas property development. Todd's motivation soon led to service contracts with apartment buildings, condominium sites, industrial buildings, and single-family homes. www.selectrenovations.build

Very professional company. Todd was great at explaining everything from start to finish. The job was completed in one day which was phenomenal for our commercial building. He gave us options and added the finishing touches to make the job complete. No short cuts here. Thanks again for great service all around.

Todd was great. He came out to my house and met with the insurance company. Once approved, he scheduled an installation date and everything was on time. His crew did a fantastic job on my roof and cleaned up everything after they were done. His price was fair. I couldn't be happier with their work. Thanks Todd!!!
