Run! Don't get sucked into working with this guy! He's a sham. He sells you on the project but has little skill or know-how. He came recommended to us, he's licensed, we viewed a project he oversaw, and the reviews were good. Our mistake! A small bathroom project is going into its fifth month. His partner told us last week that this guy lies to clients and will run up costs, and subcontractors ate refusing to work with him. In our experience, he takes your money and gives you nothing but a runaround and talk. Steer clear!
