Mike & Angela recently worked on our 8' x 22' outside deck (+ steps front and back) on which the previous owner had placed indoor/outdoor carpet with lots of glue. We wanted to eliminate the carpeting which required LOTS of scraping and sanding work to get the wood ready to prime, seal, paint and install new trim. We are very grateful to have found Mike's Property and Building Maintenance. The deck may be small but the job was a lot of hard work. These folks are very thorough, steady, do excellent work, have an eye for detail, and go the extra mile to make even the little things right. Their price was more than fair. And they keep you informed all along the way. We'll be using them again in the future for other projects.
