Concept Irrigation and Landscape

We called Russell to come out to look at our sprinklers. He initially told me he would be out the next day, but never showed. I texted to set up another appointment, and on the day of the appointment, he was a no-show. When I called to ask if he was coming, he told me it was raining and that it was "common sense" that he wouldn't come out. It would have been nice to have received a phone call or text to try to reschedule prior to the appointment. I could not believe how rude he was.
