I was blatant and shamelessly scammed by this company. Don't let it happen to you. I recently needed to install a new well pump and after getting quotes from a couple of different companies, I decided to go with this one since it was the most cost effective. That turned out to be a big mistake. They came and installed the pump in a day which was nice but after less than two weeks of use it became obvious that they installed the wrong pump. I explicitly told them before they did any work and even before I got a quote from them that my well depth is 500 ft. They ended up totally ignoring that and installing a 350 ft pump. In hindsight I'm sure that's why their quote was lower than everyone else's. They ended up having to replace the incorrect pump they installed after less than two weeks of use. They agreed to come out to correct the issue and when they were done handed me a $1500 bill WITHOUT EVER TELLING ME IT WOULD COST ANYTHING. They wanted ME to pay for THEIR mistake. That is what I consider fraudulent. In addition to dishonesty, they were extraordinarily unprofessional. They'd just show up whenever they wanted without prior contact or setting up a date/time to do work. I'd recommend staying away from this company. I'm sure literally any other plumbing company will have far better competency and better morals than this one.

Employee sent to start the project was here for most of the day, but didn't get much of anything done. Owner was nice initially, but then there was a problem and he had a bit of a meltdown/tantrum, inviting me to sue him. Horrible way to treat a customer and very unprofessional.

We live in a house that is close to 100 years old. Of course it will have issues, but it is also a great opportunity for a company to come in and lead us down a long road of repairs, upgrades, etc. Stanley Plumbing has repeatedly serviced us with an awesome work ethic (they do week ends and holidays if that's what it takes - we are living proof). The staff are awesome , including the office staff. we never feel out of the loop when it comes to repairs that need to be made. They always give us options. One of the most assuring comments by Stanley Plumbing that was said to us is that we have plumbers for life. They have already proved that to us. I would be happy to give a personal endorsement to anyone looking for a plumber because I know the angst that goes with hiring a contractor. These guys are a no-brainer!

Last year, I needed a plumber immediately and found Stanley Plumbing who was willing to come at off hours. They were professional, courteous and very nice men. Christian is a real pro and his staff really know what they're doing! I have nothing but the highest praise for Stanley Plumbing. I have referred them to friends and use them any time I have a problem. They are my one and only plumber now.
