Gator Moving & Storage Company

It is very rare that I write a bad review about any service because usually business owners and employees strive to provide if not an outstanding at least a decent customer service. I called Gator Moving and Storage to move a few pieces of furniture from Gainesville to Jacksonville but when I called again days later to get info about what I thought was an overcharge. I came across with John and told me that it was due to a double tip. I did authorize a tip in advance when I send the furniture in Gainesville. But the person receiving all the stuff signed for an extra tip on the Bill of Lading. I wasn't aware of that extra tip was made on my credit card and that's why I called but Mr. John told me that I had an attitude and started screaming at me non-stop. He even say KISS MY A$$ ..... Really? KISS MY A$$ ?? just because I requested to talk professionally about the issue? Seriously Mr. John?? I was shocked and in total disbelieve!! I'm a business owner and I would never, ever treat a customer the way you did to me. I would never say the insulting words you said to me. I respect people even if they have an attitude like you said I had. Later in the day Mr. John email me and sent a $50 refund saying that my issue should be with the person receiving the furniture and not with him. OMG! Are you trying to justify you poor behavior? That is not excuse for the humiliating treatment. I don't care about the money Mr. John, I asked you to keep it. The goal of any professional is to provide a great customer service so that they return, they recommend you. That way you build credibility and trust and you are far from that. You are not professional whatever your position is in that company.
