I have been using Presidential for years and find them helpful, reliable, responsive to emergencies, straightforward and honest with excellent people working for them. My only problem is that they don't seem to have enough people working for them so that my regular Spring/Fall checks up seem not to happen until until time in the Summer and Winter dates and that is not good for the operations of my systems!
