R&R Services Plus

R&R and I have resolved the issue in my review below. I have asked Porch to remove the negative review. Ryan was a standup guy and took care of the issue.

Charged me $475 to make the situation at my house worse than it was. Promised to come back and fix the next day between 11-1 and contacted me after 2 that they were on their way. I set aside 11-2 from my work schedule and was no longer available after 2 as I had work meetings. 8 days later they have still not shown up. Had no issues cashing my check. Created two new small gas line leaks in the process of putting in a new shutoff valve. The guy did not check his work. Upon leaving I saw soap was bubbling on the gas meter which tells you there was a leak. I called before they got out of the neighborhood and they came back and tightened that connection. I then decided to check all of their work and detected two new leaks that weren't there before. Beware.

The most unprofessional, most rude person I've ever encountered. I had never talked to them to set an appointment but he called at 630a to say they were on their way. I have children and was not home so i advised it would have to be later. He became very agitated. After the visit, in which they came early, still with no call, i called to follow up. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Very unhappy with me calling. I have no idea why he acted the way he did with me (maybe my ethnic name) however i will never recommend or use this company for anything. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE COMPANY.

Scott came out and fixed our problem! I had tried but to no avail. I call the number and Ryan was so great on the phone and he had Scott out right away the next day! It's was so nice that he fixed the problem and only charged us for the one hour. I have a plumbing company for life! Thanks so much guys I will ask all my friends to like your page.
