Anderhardt Patio

May 2013

Client wanted a much bigger patio than that that came with the house. Permit was applied for and found out they couldn't add any more impermeable surface. So we had to go with a flag stone patio over compressed substrate. We made the new patio the same height as the existing and added stones on top of existing concrete patio to make it look like one big patio. New dual height seating areas. New custom shaped planters in the yard.

Feb 2013

Client had a leak in the master bathroom shower. Called me to look at the shower. I recommended a new shower and the leak had been there a while. Client decided to go with and other to try and fix. Spent well of $2000 with another contractor trying to band aid the problem. After non of the band aids worked, they called me to fix it properly. Did a minor tear out to see damage. Damage worse than expected as the leak was way worse than expected and had been present for years. Tore everything out. Installed new custom wine cork flooring and 3/4" thick cork walls. Custom drain pan. Dressing area. Rain showerhead. Custom vinyl window in the area.

Property manager called me to look as some wood flooring. Renter, whom had been living there for 5 years, never took care of the wood floors. Watered plants on the wood floor. There was a large section that could not be saved and had to be torn up and replaced. Lightly sanded the whole floor and applied new poly.
