OH THEY MOVE QUICK WITH DELETING YOUR POST and PICTURES. IF YOU WANT TO SEE PICTURES OF THE DISGUSTING LIVING CONDITIONS ILL SEND YOU THE PICTURES. YOU CAN SEE THE PICTURES ON YELP. Ive tried to make a previous review but the company some how deletes them. This would of been my 3rd year renting with MTC at the Bluff City apartments but I no longer feel safe. My car was recently stolen from right in front of the apartments, thank god i have Onstar. This is not the first instance in our apartment complex; the other vehicles were actually in the back of the apartment so the location of the vehicle doesn't matter. I was the somewhat lucky one that was able to get my damaged vehicle back. Theres just thieves , crackheads and bad ass kids in the location. If you do decide to move over here make sure you have concealed to carry on you at all times. As far as the apartment they look nice in the inside ig besides the damn window in the bath tub that easliy molds up and they dont want to do anything about that...they were doing all this remodeling they should of closed it up. No matter how many times you clean it, it still manages to mold and get grime. (Mold often grows on water-soaked materials, such as wall paneling, paint, fabric, ceiling tiles, newspapers, or cardboard boxes.). The newer tenants just seem to want to throw trash everywhere, theres constantly beds, dressers, garbage bag torn through(from the 1000’s stray cats and racoons) and dog feces EVERYWHERE!!! No one seems to pick up dog shit!! Its just disgusting!. Its just one thing after another here and i cant wait till my lease is up.

These are the WORST property managers I have ever dealt with and the worst people I have ever done any sort of business with. They’ve charged me extra money for various services throughout the course of our 12month lease. Now at the end of my lease because I didn’t email them I was vacating they are charging me an extra months rent plus 50$ during the largest recession since the Great Depression. My hours are cut and business is slow, all of my other bills are due (including my new mortgage) and they want me to magically conjure up and extra 850$. When I called and asked for help with the situation the lady who answered the phone said “ok?”. DO NOT rent from these people. They are greedy and the WILL NOT help you in the slightest. They have zero respect for their renters and their apartment complex on Powell ave has roaches. Check their google reviews. Heartless people.

MR. LADE THOMAS CONLEE, JR. of GERMANTOWN, TN, OWNER OF THIS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY RAPED AND COERCED HIS TENANT-THEN EVICTS HER AFTER SHE REPORTED HIM TO HUD AND WAS NOTIFIED BY MAIL THAT AN INVESTIGATION IS CURRENTLY IN PLACE!!
