Memphis Roofing

I had a tree fall on my house during the May storm this year (2020). I had a number of different roofing companies look at the damage. I was most impressed with the information and the follow up I got from Memphis Roofing. We had a few delays, but they were mostly the insurance company's fault. Memphis Roofing was on time, thorough and their workers were very professional. It's a dirty job in Memphis' heat, but they got the job done on time. If anyone I know needs a roof or roof repair, I'm telling them to call Memphis Roofing.

Memphis Roofing installed a roof in October of 2019. We had two layers of roof already on the roof so they had to remove those and repair a few places that were leaking. They did a great job in saving almost all of the shrubbery and flowers and the cleanup was immaculately done. The price of the roof was lower than two other quotes and so we decided to go with Memphis Roofing, and we are very happy that we did. In June we noticed that the shingles were lifting near our attic fan outlet and there was a heavy rain coming in. I called David and he returned my call within a half hour and sent out a person to see what the problem was. Within an hour of my call to David, our shingles were replaced. The man who was sent out worked through a very heavy rainfall to ensure our roof didn’t leak. It has been my experience that some companies are hard to get back out once their work has been completed but Memphis Roofing repaired the problem within an hour and that says everything about the ethics of the company.

David got insurance pay for full roof . Was on time finished in 2 days and now got free pretty roof and no leaks .

David with Memphis Roofing was very prompt getting with us for an appointment to look at our roof. He explained the differences in the quality of Memphis Roofing roofs compared to others we have met with. He went into great detail on the process and what will be done. He also gave us a lot of information that we did not know about. Also seeing this was our very first insurance claim as homeowners he was very explicit on what steps we needed to take. I made an appointment that was very speedy for an adjuster to come out and look at my roof and David was here to help when the adjuster came out to expedite things. Memphis roofing represented us during the whole insurance process. We had a 50/50 chance on getting a new roof approved by our insurance company. David helped with getting the insurance to approve and pay. Memphis roofing was very prompt with tearing out and installing our roof. David offered us many upgrade options that the other companies had not and it was included in our price for the roof from the insurance company. The insurance just wants to get the basics where as Memphis Roofing includes the upgrade options. His men installed a rhino liner, water and ice barriers, flashing around all of our dormer windows, 64 square feet of wood if wood needs to be replaced, and rubber sleeves for all of our pipe work. Four layers around the bottom deck as well. We also got architectural shingles that should last anywhere from 25-30 years with a 7 year no questions asked warranty. These men did a wonderful job with tearing out our roof. They even removed a gas vent pipe and satellite dish that we requested to be removed. They took special care with our outside things. They were conscientious with our air conditioner to keep it from being damaged by the tear out process. They did cleanup each day and took their time making sure all the nails were picked up seeing we have a dog and children which was a wonderful service to us. Also, David was here each day making sure everything was going smoothly. I wouldn’t go with any other roofing company. They exceeded our expectations and David is the man to call when you need a new roof. We would definitely recommend Memphis Roofing for all of your roofing needs. They did excellent work and a great job. We are extremely ecstatic about our new roof and in our experience made the best choice by choosing David with Memphis Roofing. My father recommended Memphis roofing after he had his done and we could not have made a better choice. We will call David with any of our roofing needs.
