Jerry has sold us windows for our home. We later purchased a sliding glass door to our patio. Both experiences were fantastic. We encountered a minor problem with condensation on the sliding door. Jerry contacted the manufacturer and helped us troubleshoot why we were getting so much condensation on our door. Because of Jerry's help and service after the sale we were able to solve the problem with our new humidifier settings. It was not the door but Jerry helped anyway. Solid service and good relationship with Jerry.
