Total disaster experience. Have leaking skylight. End of August they said 6 to 7 weeks before doing estimate i.e. mid-October. I cover skylight with plastic but still leaks. Come mid-October, five (5) days before appointment, they call say too busy. Now rains and snow and finding others impossible. No thanks to Honey-do. Very inconsiderate.
