Mulder Drywall inc.

Had Mulder Drywall (Chris Mulder) hang and finish our basement after old drywall was removed and two new walls installed for new bed and bathroom. Walls installed in March, Plumber rough installed in April, Electrician in May, Drywall delivered in August. Drywall hung and finished in September by subs Mulder Hired. Basement was sealed and painted and now in November Screw Pops EVERYwhere. Mulder Drywall is blaming it on settlement and moisture in lumber. Two existing walls that have screw pops are 30 years old. These walls have no moisture!! Talked to several drywallers and they said with that about of time from walls installed to drywall that should not be the problem. Chris Mulder sent his 20yr old son to check out the complaint. He is not willing to fix the issues or pay the painter to have them redo all his work. Stuck with very poor workmanship!
