prompt, professional, knowledgeable, cheerful and friendly offered tips on other appliances and told me I could call him with questions any time. Also said he would help me determine when it is time to replace versus repair. Online services helpful. Had research my appliance and knew what he could and could not do, due to the age of the appliances. I refer him to anyone who needs help with their appliances and will always be using his service/help. A breath of fresh air here in the valley as many service people are lacking in all departments.
