Elite Quality Cleaning

Set up an appointment to bid on a Full Apartment cleaning she quoted $28 per man hour on the phone and instead of showing up for the meeting to walk through the house, Bonnie sends two people from her "Sister Company". I called her 5 minutes before we were supposed to meet to find out where she was and this is when she informed me that someone else would be arriving. I had never looked into and know nothing about these people but they seem ok. I walk through the Apartment which I admit needed A LOT of work and we start to discuss Prices. It is at this point that they mention $35 Per man hour!!! I let them know that Bonnie had quoted $28 and the Sister company stated “oh yeah, we have a different scale….” I want to get the cleaning done so I am willing to deal with the new price but now suddenly the Sister company are asking for an approximated half up front. Second thing I didn’t know about before that moment and I have no chance to check their credentials. They agree to charge my CC, which I wanted because I want recourse in case this Sister company is not as legit as they claim to be at this point I am waiting for the Friday Appointment hoping it will end up OK but this in my opinion is just a terrible business practice and a bit of Bait and Switch……
