I called Joseph to set up an appointment via a job I sent him info on via the website. We set the date for later that week in the middle of the day and he said he would try to be there. I took off from work and arrived early. 20 minutes after the agreed upon time I called him. It took him a minute to remember who I was then said he meant to call me and said that he was going to pass on the job... thanks...

Emailed Mr Roy regarding electrical problem .. He responded immediately, asked a couple questions and was able to come out and resolve problem the same day .. I will definitely call on him again and refer him to my friends ..
