I have been trying to get the surveyor to call me back for 3 weeks and have not heard anything yet. The staff is great but not the surveyor. The first time that I actually talked to him he returned my call within 24 hours. Now that I am trying to get in touch with him again, including 2 emails, he has not responded back yet. And I need to get some information corrected since the survey was obviously done wrong, I say this cause what he gave me would make my property line curve in the middle instead of having a straight line. I guess some people have a problem admitting when they messed up and just doesn't want to deal with it.

I have used Stutts Surveyors for years and will continue to do so! I have been a Realtor for 20 years and they have always provided exceptional service!! Ten Stars!

Dear Homebuyers, Realtors, Builders, Developers of Greensboro, North Carolina, if you need to do a Survey for a home or land, DO NOT use Jody G. Stutts. This “man”, called my wife (Realtor of KW) today “you FUCKING BITCH” on the phone and hang up. Also threaten her with lawyers, after she was trying to request his services for a second time and explaining to him in a very professional way a misunderstanding about a payment of her customer, which by the way the customer solved in 15 minutes. After he insulted, her she sends the email, he still replies “We don’t need customers like you”. We got the emails! This guy believes that because their family company has been in the area for over 40 years, gives him the right to talk like that to anybody. He is VULGAR, NONSENSES and RACIST. I wonder what would he feel if another man calls his wife, mother or daughter “you FUCKING BITCH”??? Jody Stutts I hope no member of your family feels what my wife just felt from you today...
