I have used Advance Mechanical for a few years. First at my Condo, where my HVAC unit was around 10 years old. I was able to get a Maintenance Plan for the unit. The techs came out and cleaned the unit and made sure the unit would be in good working order when I sold my Condo. It as also a good selling point, that the unit had been serviced on a regular schedule. Last year I purchased a New Home, custom built for my husband and I. Even though we have a new unit, we still wanted to get a Maintenance Plan to ensure the unit would be checked twice a year! We have been very pleased with the service we have gotten from the techs as well as the office staff. I would highly recommend Advance Mechanical!
