HORRIBLE company!! Lame, UN-PROFESSIONAL, below-par business! I've been dealing with them for years (not by choice-apt is contracted) & have had the WORST experiences!! "Jennifer" gives me the wrong information, the technician tried to come inside my house without a mask on, then left the bait stations without telling us to take them up in 3 days, which attracted MORE ants!, Couldn't speak English, then they tried getting out of coming back to fix the problem..Jennifer also talked badly about a former employee which is VERY UN-PROFESSIONAL & rude..not to mention Hippa violation. Just trust me, do NOT go with this company! Save a lot of frustration.
