Our garage door opener started making a loud grinding noise, and the door wouldn’t fully close. Jason identified the problem as a stripped gear inside the motor and replaced it with a heavy-duty version. He also lubricated the chain, adjusted the force settings, and tested the safety features to make sure everything was in top shape. The noise is completely gone, and the door now closes effortlessly!
