We had our roof replaced 3 1/2 years ago by Williams Roofing. Found it was leaking and Shawn did come out and spent about 5 minutes up there saying he repaired a small issue. Found out 2 days later it was not repaired and leaking more than ever. He would not return any text or phone calls. We've had to find a new roofer to fix what wasn't properly done in the first place. We paid this man $12,000 for a new roof that was guaranteed with a warranty.He does not stand behind his work, he does not honor his warranty and in my opinion is a dishonest and unethical business man. Facebook reviews indicate we are not the only people he has done this to.
