Did a good job on AC but need improvement on customer service in regard to keeping appointments on time. Recommend they contact client if running late it goes a long way in keeping a customer happy.

BEWARE OF THIS WESLEY MCMILLAN I hired Wesley to come out on January 14th to fix an issue I was having with my Dryer. I figured out that the problem was with my mother board and that I needed a new one. He then charged me 480.00 for the motherboard and service of coming out telling me that he would be able to install the new motherboard within 5-7 business days. Two weeks later I still never heard from him and after calling him many times and leaving voice mails he finally told me that the part was coming in and we scheduled an appointment for him to install that part. He never showed for that appointment and did not bother to call of text me that he was not coming. I tried 4 other appointments with him with the same thing happening. Me waiting around for him not to show up. Every time without getting a call or text telling me he was not showing up. Horrible customer service all around. After all this he finally told me were my mother board was and I had to go pick it up and pay another $285.00 to get it from the dealer. I basically paid twice for the same part. It is now 3 months later and I am trying to get a refund from him but he is now ignoring me. He basically took my money and then proceeded to ignore me. If you want to be conned hire this guy.

Arranged to come on Saturday between 4 and 6 pm, his previous appt went way over and did not want to come after, I waited for him from 4 to 9 pm. We then arranged for 8 pm the next day because I was working during the day. I left 2 voicemails and several text messages between 8 and 9 wondering where he was and finally at 930 pm he sent me a message that he had a family emergency and was at the hospital, completely understand but when you run a business sending a 5 second text message so I don't wait around another several hours for him would have been the right thing to do. He also said in that message he would contact me in the morning and never did. So I wasted 6 1/2 hours waiting for me in total and I don't have my appliances installed. What a disaster...
