James, owner of Gulf Beaches Remodeling and Finish Carpentry, LLC, recently remodeled the kitchen and both bathrooms in our 1947 home. Being an old home, we took everything down to the studs and installed new plumbing, electrical etc. James was extremely reliable and trustworthy. He is a problem-solver with a can-do mentality. We are very pleased with how everything turned out and would highly recommend him!

James has done several projects both commercial and residential for me over the last 10 years. He is a true professional and able to do small to large projects from Crown Molding to small additions to homes. His knowledge, skills, abilities, and quality of work are all superior. In addition he works efficiently, communicates well and is a good problem solver in the field. He stays within budget and tries to save you money if able. I would highly recommend him for your job.

Our Experience with Gulf Beaches Remodeling was above excellent. We bought a 30 year old condo on the beach in the early summer (2015). It had had some upgrades but was mostly in its original state. James from Gulf Beaches helped us to figure out how to get a great upgrade with the minimum of changes. We replaced the Kitchen ceiling and a wall making the galley kitchen into a open plan. With some new cupboards (including a island), new counters and a new floor. And with new lighting fixtures and a paint job, it looks like a highly updated brand new condo. James provided finishing touches like a recessed section of ceiling with concealed LED's around the perimeter, he also added bead board and trim to the pantry and island. He also matched the new work into the existing drywall and trim so well that it all looks new. Because of the results in the kitchen we also had him do the guest bath. His prices were reasonable and his work was of high quality, I can not recommend him highly enough. Bob Mills
