PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY : PLEASE READ THIS POST. We were looking to install a patio cover. As anyone does you call around to get best the option. We read the reviews for this company, but still called to give them the benefit of the doubt. We were contracted Derwin Daniels through several text messages. Derwin quoted a price without even coming out to measure. He was extremely unprofessional and racial. Once we stated we were going to honor the quote from another company he told my husband F you, and that he was a broke** Nig**. But he did not stop there with his texting. Derwin continued to text and was extremely out of line. Please do not give this company any business, they are all tied together for the following locations : Slidell 985-643-5151, New Orleans: 504-524-5470, Baton Rouge: 225-397-4622. Also locations in Gulf Port, Mobile, Hattiesburg, and Pensacola. Adding a Patio cover is not something we don't need, but wanted to enhance our home. If this is how they conduct themselves before even getting our business, we can only imagine how they would be to deal with period.

Beware!! I was treated unfairly and disrespectfully many times after handing money over to this company. It is impossible to get them to come back out to fix their work. The minute they left with my money after they assured me the work was done, they never answered my calls again. The same man, Derwin Daniels does business under a half a dozen different names. I found this out when I attempted to find another contractor to fix their work. (aaa Aluminum, Gulfport Patio Covers, A1 Patio covers, Gulf Coast Patio Covers & more) MAKE SURE you request and sign a warranty contract with him or he will block your calls when trying to get him to fix their mistakes. They DO NOT HAVE AN OFFICE. His addresses are empty buildings and there is no way to track him down.
