I was born in New Orleans, LA & came to the MS Gulf Coast in 1984. I've been a Realtor with Coldwell Banker Alfonso Realty since 2002. I know that buying or selling a home is the 2nd most stressful event in a person's life. By utilizing my "client-first philosophy", I believe I've turned the myth around for my clients, and they have actually enjoyed their experiences. I offer custom property solutions for each client using combinations of my advanced real estate education, market awareness & the latest technology available. I work hard for my clients every day. During 2013 I had over 52 sales transactions, where I either represented a seller or a buyer. That means I averaged a sale approximately every week! In addition to my sales efforts I am active in our local community through my work on the Long Beach Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. I care deeply about our local community that has been very generous to me and my family. When I'm not working with clients or in the community, my wife and I enjoy working in the yard and taking care of our dog, cats and chickens and of course having meals with both of our large Italian families.
