Aaron Phillips Contracting

I am not able to provide a review on his work, because we never got to that point. I can however, provide a review on the “pre-sales” process, and I would NOT recommend him. I was looking to get a basement ceiling quote. I was directed to Aaron as a “Top Rated” “Elite Service” provider. After Aaron cancelled our first estimation appointment (upon my phone call to him, he didn’t call me) he arrived two days later. Upon reviewing the work with him he provided me a verbal quote onsite and I was told to look for a formal quote later that day. A week past, no quote. I followed up with Aaron to get status on the written quote and was told he sent the quote, but would send it again later that evening. Five days later, still no quote. He seemed uninterested in the work from the beginning. Due to his lack of enthusiasm I even asked him multiple times if he was even interested in the work. While he said his quote “might be a little bit higher than usual since I must travel a little further” (even though Home Advisor has him listed as servicing my area), he stated he would be interested in providing a quote. After following up with him once again he decided to inform me he “wouldn’t be available for the job”. I guess he would have continued to ignore me if I didn’t proactively reach out to him. Aaron Phillips Contracting could have saved me 2 weeks of my time and turned down the work from the initial call. I would certainly not recommend.

Aaron Phillips Contracting made my home improvement experience an effective and enjoyable one. I needed drywall repair work done in several parts of my home and they did a fantastic job. First of all, Aaron was very dependable, professional and timely throughout the entire process. Plus, he has a great ability to customize his work to the customer’s own needs and expectations, which is what made this service so great. I would recommend Aaron Phillips Contracting to anyone who wants quality work done in their home for a very good price.

We are very happy with our decision to hire Aaron. We had our kitchen walls, ceiling, our entryway, living room, dining room, stairway and upstairs walkway painted as well as hanging a chandelier in our entryway. GREAT PRICE, very accommodating to our schedule as well as being just nice, courteous people. We have given his name to 3 people and will continue to spread the word. Thanks guys.

Aaron came to paint our entryway/upstairs hallway and do some minor drywall repair. My wife and I are expecting our second child very soon and he was able to get us on the schedule quickly to have it done before the baby arrived. The quality of the work was outstanding, and he made himself available for any touchup work needed afterwards. Aaron and his team were great and will definitely be our first call next time we need work done.
