Caribbean Pool & Patio

This is a horrible company to work with. The owner, Chris Tartamella, ripped my family off. We hired him to construct a pool for us in July 2020 and gave him the required down payment. He was supposed start the pool in November 2020. He gave excuse after excuse as to why he couldn't begin the install. Then he stopped responding all together. His storefront is now closed and the business phone has been disconnected. Chris, if you read this, please give our money back. We saved for a long time to be able to afford a pool and now we have no pool and are out $10,600.

I wish I could give negative stars! Chris Tartamella is a crook! He will take your very large down-payment and give you nothing but excuses in return! It's been 8 months and I haven't received any work yet for my $10,600 that I gave him up front. We entered into a contract July 21st at which time he said he required 40% upfront so we agreed and he guaranteed a start date in November. He never answers calls or returns your messages so I went to his store to talk with him and he said due to covid he would be behind so we said ok.. I went to his store and talked with him atleast once a month up until February where he just gave one lame excuse after another. Now he's not even man enough to return my calls or talk to me about it. Unless you enjoy getting screwed I suggest you go with someone else. Chris is the worst business man I've ever had the misfortune to deal with and I am currently pursuing legal action against him.
