I consider Bob Lynch to be a godsend and a unique person in the business world. I had issues with my pellet stove and Bob walked me through the steps via phone to diagnose the problem because I was so far out of his service area. With his help, I isolated a minor ash blockage that was causing the vacuum sensor to cut off the auger motor. I offered to send him a check for his time and consultation, but he refused. He is a rare man of integrity and goodwill. I heartily recommend him for any repairs or service as someone you can trust.

I purchased my home in June of this year and the pellet stove was already installed. But, when trying to get it going, it kept on going out. I have never own or even operated a pellet stove before so I started reaching out to local companies for help and advise. Tom was the first to return my call and was the first to help me in my situation. He knew exactly what was wrong with it and come to find out, he was the one that actually installed the pellet stove prior to the purchase of my home. Not only was he professional, punctual and honest, he helped me understand how to run and care for my pellet stove as well as the correct way to maintain it so it will run properly and efficiently. Once he replaced the part that was malfunctioning, he stayed with me for almost an hour going through every setting to make sure they worked correctly, went through every scenario possible that could happen during the cold months for the stove to possibly shut off, what to do if something did happen with the stove and how to safely shut it down without putting my family in harms way. We recently found Lynch Pellet Services on Angie's List and couldn't be more please that we did! Our pellet stove had stopped working and we had a feeling it was the main power board causing the problem. We gave them a call on Thursday and by Monday afternoon Tom was at our home to fix our problem. After looking at our stove he agreed it was the main power board, so he gave the company he gets his parts from a call and gave us an estimate. By Wed. afternoon he was back with the part in hand...unfortunately the part did not fit but Tom was not satisfied with that. To try and save us some money he took the original part home to tinker with it and see if he could try and fix it before reordering and waiting for a new part again. Tom arrived back Thurs. with our original part in hand...fixed...and saving us tons of money!! We are extreamly grateful for Tom, his knowledge, service, generosity, and the fact that he cares so much about the well being of his customers! Tom went above and beyond to help us out and we are very thankful for that! We would highly recommend Lunch Pellet Services to anyone!! 5 STARS!!
