We paid Daniel at Home Tech Solutions a deposit of 1100. to install lights at our commercial location in Newport News. He took our money, but never did the work. Kept telling us he was coming this day or that, but then never came. He even went as far as to get the permit the city required, but he even let that expire. To this day 6/25/20... we are still trying to get our money back.
