Project requirements were to install meter centers with associated house panels as necessary to supply power throughout. Electrical wiring was prevalent for three elevators as necessary. An Area of Rescue and Fire Alarm system in each unit, and in all common areas, was installed so the complex acted as one complete system. Installation of parking garage lighting, devices to include all wiring, site lighting based off fixtures, and pool wiring and lighting are just some of the areas we completed for this job! On approximately 10 acres this 3,000 square foot dwelling was designed by Harbor Electrical Services to include the most up to date features. The interior and exterior lighting includes energy efficient dimmable LED lighting throughout. Specialty Systems include surround sound and a state of the art structured cable media center. The 400amp single phase service has a built in surge protection system and also is backed up with an automatic transfer switch driven by a propane generator in the event of a power outage. Along the rear of the property is a 2,000 square foot horse barn which is also energy efficient to include Fluorescent High Bay lighting with T5HO lamping. Interior power includes a 100amp single phase power fed from the main house also backed up by the generator.
