Job was to replace toilet, bathroom vanity and top, bathroom faucet, and a kitchen faucet. Technically all those things were done and so far they all work. Jeffrey showed up early and worked hard. But: "Unfortunately, the trash is yours." It would've been nice to know ahead of time that I was going to end up with a busted toilet and sink in my yard. It would've been nicer if he'd cleaned up after himself. Unprofessional and uncommunicative. The lack of cleanup wasn't limited to the bulk debris. He left a pile of wallpaper in the hallway. He knocked a bathroom floor tile loose and only fixed it once I pointed out that now there was this cockeyed tile that wasn't flush with the floor. He made no attempt to replace the escutcheon he removed during the toilet install. His marker "got away from him" when measuring for the vanity faucet, and now I've got permanent marker on my bathroom wall. Maybe use pencil next time, idk. This job resulted in competent work surrounded by unprofessionalism. Would not hire again.

Contractor was prompt, polite and showed up on time. However could not do the job for 2 reasons. One no one would sell him the gas line parts because he's not a MD licensed plumber. Two he has no MHIC license. As a result I have to reschedule with a real plumber which puts me 2 weeks behind as none are available. I scheduled this service through Porch two weeks ago. All details were in the ticket but he waited until go day to find out he couldn't do the job.

Jeff was prompt and got right to the job. Our "OLD" Lazy Susan cabinet had broken and us two cronies could not bend down into the cabinet to even attempt a try. Jeff fixed it and the Lazy Susan works better than ever before! Thank you Jeff for your help!

Thomas Decorating did an excellent job painting exterior buildings. The paint job was flawless . . . buildings beautiful. They came on time, were neat about their work and clean-up, and finished in a very short time frame. They made sure we were satisfied with the job. I would highly recommend them.
