Busy Bird's Home Improvement

Project was to demolish/remove a pad made with grouted pavers and replace it with concrete. A team of two came and assessed the job, went home and sent us a quote which we accepted. The said they could do the demolish in one day (Sunday) and pour concrete the following day (Monday). It's been 11 days now and job is still not complete and have received no word from them though their concrete mixer is still here. They've offered a variety of excuses from sick workers to father was supposed to manage the project (that was to be contracted out), to inability to get equipment, to finally that they miscalculated the amount of concrete/cement they needed. Three of the days, including last two days, we didn't hear from them at all. At this point they've completed about a third of the pour. It rained about 8 hours after the pour, hopefully that part is not ruined. At this point I'm guessing I'll have to hire someone else to finish.  Terrible customer service, in WAY over their heads on this project, maybe concrete is not their specialty. Will NOT do business with Busy Bird again and will take the time to post similar reviews in every single forum I can find.
