I first give God all the glory for what I do. Our company has been in the construction trade for over 35 years. We have done mostly everything in the construction field. This is from digging ditches to very high end finish carpentry. Over the years city codes have changed and doing whatever it takes to reach these codes is very important. It does not stop there, even though it's done correctly that does not mean it looks good. We must make it look pleasing to the eyes and withstand code requirements. My father always told me" If you not going to do it right don't do it at all." We do mostly everything inside or outside! From garbage disposals to new siding... Indoor painting to outdoor decks...Indoor tile work to outdoor kitchens.... what ever your needs are I'm sure we can take care of them. We also offer decorating ideas for staging a house to upgrading a house... One call does it all!!! YOU ARE COVERED Licensed/Insured

Mark Krute was hired to do a major master bath remodel less than 2-1/2 years ago . He said he could do everything we wanted and assured us it would look great. He's a one man show so it took months to complete job. From the beginning, there were issues with his cabinet and granite guys with unreasonable delays. When the project was finally completed it did look nice but we had no idea what was to come. Despite the delays and rocky bathroom project we ended up using Mark again to do a full downstairs tiling project. We repeatedly asked him if the job was in his expertise and he assured us he could do the job and it would look great. That job also turned out to be a disaster from the beginning. He had issues with is helpers from not showing up to a difference in grouting technique. At one point Mark stated how he hated to grout and it showed in the quality of his work. He used two different grouts resulting in a non-uniform look with chips and pits later developing. In fall 2018 we noticed tile lifting in the shower at the site of the window and asked Mark about the damage. Rather than coming out and looking at it he told us to chip out the grout, let the wood beneath dry out and caulk the lines to take care of the leak. Now in February 2019, we hired a different contractor to properly repair the damage. Once the floor and wall tiles were removed, severe water damage was discovered. Mark had cut off the top of the floor joist and rigged supports against it. He failed to lay a subfloor or felt or mortar base layers before nailing the shower liner directly to the framing. He tiled over unsupported areas of the floor and placed the shower drain directly against the wall which is the source of the leaks. We now have water damage to the ceiling of the room below along with nails popping through due to damage and swelling. Mark is a personable guy but that's where the compliments end. He takes shortcuts, overestimates his ability, produces poor qualty work, and lacks the skilled manpower to get a project done right. He can't keep to a schedule and has several projects going on at the same time while expecting payments from one to keep the others going. Interested persons need to think twice before using Mark for any home project.
