Summer's Landscaping

We just hired this company to do our HOA stuff(mowing,clearing snow etc etc) in our development. When we had that huge snow storm this past winter,they were NOT staffed , nor did they have the proper equipment to clear the snow in a timely fashion. It was a terrible job! This year I planted flowers in my front beds and posted 3 LARGE signs telling them NOT to weed there!! I came out and caught 1 of the workers ripping out every single plant that sprouted PLUS some larger plants I bought at the nursery!! When I told him he should NOT have weeded there he hid his bucket behind his back and said "No problem .Don't worry!!" REALLY??I asked if he saw/read the signs and he got indignant and said "Yes...I see signs...NO WEEDING HERE!!) Well then WHY did you weed here???? He walked away laughing. This is a horrible company!!
