Servpro of Hershey / Swatara 717-561-1404

I work at ALexander Hamilton Memorial Free Library, Waynesboro, PA. On June 24 at 7:00 am I received a call from one of my staff that we had "water everywhere". I immediately headed into work. Our library was covered in about 3,000 square feet of water, about an inch deep, from the back door half-way through the first floor of the library, due to a failed water heater. Chambersburg Servpro members were attending a conference in Florida so that office took care to contact the Hershey/Swatara group and they were in our library approximately 3 hours later. They are without a doubt, the most professional group of guys I've ever had the pleasure of working with. They evaluated the situation and had equipment up and running before the end of the day. They constantly kept me informed and explained each step. Jason Roberts was on site daily and explained all the forms I had to sign and made sure I got copies of everything. Thank you so much Servpro for providing such a great team who represented your company very well. I don't know the other guys who came by name, but they were all very professional and courteous. What a great group you have. I have already told everyone who asks about Servpro and highly recommend to all my friends and business associates.
