Log Cabin Furniture

04/24/2018 This retailer DOES NOT stand behind their furniture. My husband and I purchased a new Ashley leather love seat from Log Cabin Furniture in Harrison, AR in November 2017 and received it in late December 2017, and within 5 days a seam was coming apart in the seat. We contacted the owner immediately after the Christmas holidays, 2017 and their still has been no resolve at the end of April, 2018. The owner wanted to say it was our fault for having dogs in the house. (He saw a dog hair in one of the pictures we sent; this seam coming apart was not caused by dogs.) We have contacted them at least 6 times and we hear that something will be done, but nothing ever is. We have contacted Ashley and Ashley says the retailer is responsible, so apparently Ashley doesn't back their furniture either. We will never buy furniture from this store again.
