At the beginning of the summer termites swarmed my rental house in Harrisonburg. He called and emailed me with all the right information, proposals, and recommendations, all within a few days. He patiently answered all my questions. It was obvious to me that he knows all there is to know about termite infestations and treatments. He also told me about Orkin's 90 days same as cash program and got me enrolled in it. Within a few days the termite treatment had been completed. When he realized I had filled a form out incorrectly for the financing, he drove half an hour to meet me so that I could sign another form, which he submitted for me. He consistently went above and beyond the call of duty. After a month, without any prompting from me, he reinspected the property and communicated with me about it. I cannot say enough about how pleasant and easy he made this whole process. What a relief to deal with someone so conscientious and worthy of my trust during this stressful time.
