J+D Landscaping Office Upgrade | Jun 2014 | This company was in dire need of a service counter upgrade. This is what we came up with. We opened up the wall to allow for more space and installed rustic wood look tile and dutch door. | $2k | Penn Laird, VA

Grottoes Rental Bathroom Remodels | Apr 2014 | This project started out with 5 carts of Materials, mostly clearance items. These bathrooms originated in the late 60's. The main bathroom had years of water damage. The house had to be jacked up in two places and the main bathroom was stripped down to the studs, re-supported and treated for mold. New insulation and vapor barriers were installed and both bathrooms were rewired and had powerful vent fans added. The final outcome of this project will last for years to come. (please excuse the bad lighting in the photos. The electricians were not finished re-wiring the house when the photos were taken) | $5k | Grottoes, VA
Wall Painting | Feb 2014 | This project was a wallpaper removal and paint job in an apartment residence. The area was approx. 1000 square feet. | $3k | Staunton, VA
High Tensile Fence Addition | Jan 2014 | Big Thanks to my mother in law Ginny Cash Finch for her help on this insanely large fence job. We added 16,000+ feet of high tensile wire to an existing 3 rail horse fence. Overall job came out to just over 3 miles of wire and about 2500 hand pounded staples into mostly old locust posts and took 4 long days to complete.. This one definitely took some blood, sweat tears and maybe a few bad words, but it was all worth it in the end. There is always a certain sigh of relief when an extremely strenuous contract like this is complete!! | $3k | Stanardsville, VA
Residential Field Fence | Jan 2014 | This is a great way to contain not only livestock, but pets as well. Pricing on this option over privacy panels or other decorative fencing typically runs less than a third of the cost. | $2k | Harrisonburg, VA
Bathroom Walk-In Remodel | Oct 2013 | This project was to design and build a large walk in shower. It began with a complete tear out of the existing shower, as well as removing a wall to create a larger future shower space. The customer provided the materials, including the tiles you see. The result was a wonderful tiled walk-in shower. | $6k | Singers Glen, VA
Kitchen Remodeling | Sep 2013 | This project was exceptionally interesting because it was, to a certain extent, evolving as we worked on it. The result was fantastic. The customer requested a rustic country style kitchen. The counter top was constructed from hardwood flooring with an inch thick epoxy coating. The wooden rafters are 100% custom made, as well as the railroad lanterns above. The stone on the wall is all hand installed arch stone. | $8k | Bridgewater, VA
Walkway and Porch Remodeling | Jan 2013 | This project involved replacing an old rotted out wooden walkway and installing a solid foundation for a sagging portion of the porch. The customer requested to keep the same style walkway so that's what we did, and the result was fantastic. To reinforce the sagging porch, we poured concrete at the base of the posts. | $2k | Timberville, VA |
