Terrible. I can't believe these people are still in business. They do not do what they say they are going to do. I called Monday, one week ago to get some glass cut. The owner said they'd have it ready the next day. He would call me and I could pick it up. No phone call. I called him 4 days later when I absolutely needed the glass. He said "he" had one piece cut and he would call me when I could come and pick it up. Another 3 days later. No glass and no phone call. I was raised to do what I say I'm going to do. If you don't have your word then you don't have anything. I called North Alabama Glass. Told them the measurements and they were actually 30 dollars cheaper. Wow. I'm so disappointed in Hartselle Glass. Oh well. North Alabama Glass will be my go to from now on.
