Les' Backflow Svc

This man is EXTREMELY unprofessional. I called him on Thursday the 3rd and he said he would get to me the following week. I called him today, the 15th, to see when he would come and he said “probably this week.” I reminded him that he said the same thing to me two weeks ago and that I would appreciate a date. He offered NO customer service whatsoever, came up with excuses, and just said “probably this week.” I then went on to tell him that it was unprofessional to promise dates and not show up and that I would appreciate a date, and he HUNG UP on me! Both times I have used him, he seemed grumpy and unhappy with his job. When he answers the phone, he seems like he doesn’t want your business. I am shocked that this is how he treats customers who simply want to make an appointment. He clearly does not care about his business, so why should customers?
