The worst humans to ever walk the earth. Be very aware of the harassment given on a daily basis. These people are horrifying to work with and abuse their power. DO NOT RENT THROUGH this middle man. They will ruin your comfort of life. PLEASE UNDERSTAND!

Our experience with this management was unprofessional. We purchased a home that they were managing and the transition between the old renters and us was anything but smooth. The renters were nice people and were caught in the middle of a stressful situation and they explained to us that they did not receive very much help from this company either. The small amount of help that they did provide was short and the woman who managed the property was very rude and made the entire experience unpleasant for both parties. I would not recommend this company to manage my property or to manage a home that I would be renting.

April has managed our property for over 5 years now. We receive our monthly statement ontime, she calls when there is an issue, informs us of any tenant issues and even sends pictures. We would highly recommend her.
