Wesney Building and Remodeling services

I am very pleased with Wesney building and remodeling, LLC! I had contractors working for me before and the results were outrageous: -one time a guy from a big company came to do the free estimate and instead of measuring and talking about the project all he wanted is to talk to us (the family) about our personal stuff. He said he wanted to get to know each other better. Why? Then, after about an hour of a personal conversation, he said the cost would be around $80K -$100K for a small basic project!! I think, his strategy was to become "friends" first, so then we would feel bad saying no to him when he brings up the price. -another contractor built some landscaping and charged a certain amount of money. We happily paid, but then at the end he said we still owe him at least $1,000 cash for the design copyright/idea! Well, not hiring him again. -another big company came and did a water-pipes job, but then about a week later, our water pipes started leaking. I thought it was because of the pressure. I was wrong. It was built incorrectly! Wesney Building and Remodeling, LLC is really a no "BS" people. Andy is very helpful. He saw that water-pipe problem and pointed it out that I need to fix it. Thank God, he did, because if I waited longer it would not be on a warranty anymore and I would have to pay money to fix it. Andy gave me a good price and stuck to it. No additional charges. His employee and him were very professional, always on time, VERY DILIGENT. They also had great design ideas that were implemented. I will be hiring him/them again for my other projects. Thank you!!!!!

Nice people but the cuts on the deck boards they replaced are horrible. They didn't screw down the edge of the boards on two sides and they are now curling. They have 3 minor but unfinished projects at my house that they have been paid for. I would like them to finish the projects correctly but they are increasingly harder to get ahold of.

Professionally completed projects, Very respectful of customers wishes and stands behind his work. I will continue to use Mr Wesney on any future construction projects i have. Very Trustworthy!
