E&R construction group corp

We signed a contract with E& R construction Group corp and they said that they have license, and we paid them 4000$ in the beginning to get the permit, but later on we found out that their license was suspended. They lied to us that they had submitted all the documents. Then we asked them to give our money back since they didn't have the license. Which they agreed to but then we had to go to small claims court. They gave us back 2000$ but they didn't give us back 2000$ yet.So please dont hire them they are complete fraud.The name of the 2 guys are Alex and Francisco. Just be aware of them
