Mr. Cullen did not properly install the 3 toilets we requested him to install and did haphazard work on 2 of them. For example when he was almost done installing one of the toilets he realized that the toilet hose was too short and then called me yelling saying it was our fault because we had not supplied the materials. However, he had gone to Lowe's two times prior to this over 2 separate days and had purchased other materials for this project which we said we would reimburse. We had actually asked him to install another toilet and sink but since he could not finish within his promised timeline we asked him to not install these. He also promised a printed invoice at the beginning of the job which he never gave us and then accused us of not paying him properly for the amount we had verbally agreed upon and gave him. He got very upset and started yelling and threatening us over the phone and in person. He had many excuses for why he couldn't finish the job, but we could only pay for finished work. We were scared and thought about calling the police to remove him from the premises until he calmed down.

My air conditioner stopped working at the hottest time of the year, called Cullen Home Solutions and he was able to get there the same day and fix the issue. Thankfully it was just a condenser. Fixed it at a very reasonable cost as well.
