Did not call us prior to arriving - showed up two hours early and did not even wait long enough for us to come to the front door before leaving and attempted to charge a fee. Horrible customer service.

Wes Blankenship is a weasel and completely untrustworthy. In my case, I hired him to find and fix a leak in the main line from the street into my home. After he finished more than $500 of easy preparation work and I foolishly paid him, he declared the ground was "too hard" to find the leak. While I suggested several options for dealing with "hard ground," he deflected and continued to pack up his things, then left. I never saw or heard from him again.

DO NOT USE! Billed $425 for”located leak under toilet by wall OR under wood floor opposite wall” You could Hear the leak!! It wasn’t at either place- it WAS 6 INCHES ABOVE THE FLOOR -NOT UNDER THE FLOOR OR TOILET . Don’t trust anyone who has the customer sign stating they will “Pay in full all lawyer and court costs- tells you where he spends most of his time

Over the last month, I had battled a plumbing leak at my home. Using several different plumbers, I was frustrated and still guessing at the problem. I spoke with Wes and he came by my home looked @ a few things & gave his experienced input on my situation. Wes was upfront and honest about the things that he could do and made no promises but he was eager to see if he could help me out after finding out my frustrations. All businesses are in business to make money yet some are truly just in business for the money. Wes on the other hand actually wanted to help as well as do a good job. As you know compensation will come to those for doing great work. Customer Service triumphs. He was driven to narrow down the root cause of my leak and not just come in and do a job. When Wes said to me that he loved what he did, I knew he would go the extra mile. I must tell you all are not going to do that...I know until Wes, I was @ plumber #3. Experience and caring about what you do pays off. Wes has been doing this a long time and was willing to try as many avenues as possible to figure it out. I really thank you for your help and I will definitely use you again and tell others to do the same. He has helped me save a lot of time and money not just on this problem but on another. Thanks again Wes, you have a patron in me as long as you are in business.
