DO NOT under any circumstances use Timotei or this company. After pressuring me to pay his contract in full, because he would supposedly complete the outstanding work within a few days, and there was supposedly not much work left, Timotei disappeared, never to finish my outstanding electrical work, and never to respond to my calls or messages again. Moreover, there were problems with the electrical work he did do which he would not fix (several outlets not working, exposed wiring, holes he left in the wall, the list goes on and on). All in all, a terrible experience with this contractor.
