Previous review, in February, critiqued their responsiveness. Their reply, in June, blames it on the customer. Need I say more?

Bid a gutter job. Said he'd be here between 3 and 4. We busted our butts to get the painting done before he showed up. 3:00? Nope 4:00? Nope 4:30? Nope, and no answer. 5:00? Nope, and still no answer. 5:30--he calls and says: "My guys aren't there? I assumed if there was a problem, they'd call me." Nope. Been sitting here for 3 hours waiting on him. Cancelled the service. I don't do business with people who don't even think it's their responsibility to supervise their own workers!

Very impressed with their turn around. From when I spoke with Ron to them going to my house to look at my roof, it was less than 24-hours. Very professional, answered all of my questions (and there were alot) The other 2 companies I called haven't even returned my calls yet. I have already recommended them to a co worker.
